Bacon Cheese Casserole



You need:
  • 500g minced pork
  • 100g bacon
  • 200g cauliflower
  • 90g almond flour
  • 50g Cheddar Cheese + Emmentaler for the top
  • 2 Eggs
  • garlic, onion, salt, pepper
  • Tomatomark
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise


How to:
1) Roast the pork and the bacon in a pan, until all the crumbled pieces are almost grey - add the spices.
2) Shred the cauliflower, mix it with the flour and when the meat is done, continue to add this too with the grated cheese.
3) Now the tomato mark, ketchup, mayonnaise, and the eggs belong into the mix. Taste it and see whether you are missing some spices.
4) Filled into a parchment paper wrapped pan you can bake it in the oven for twenty minutes / half an hour and place it on plates.

Tip: It tastes great with tsatziki and especially good when it is warm.
